Question for all. Please answer on my thread, that is, if you're willing to answer :-):

Subject 51389

I know some of you have been involved in civil litigation, either as parties, or perhaps you were sitting on a jury, or anyway called to sit on the jury, but not in the end part of it, maybe an alternate, maybe dismissed from jury duty for one reason or another. I'm interested in your experience with voir dire, jury selection. I've been speaking with some attorneys about that, the procedures, and I'd be very interested to hear your experiences, for example the kinds of questions asked jurors during selection, your reaction to the questions and those asking them, anything at all that struck you.

Thanks in advance. And no please don't feel like you have to name names of parties, but a general description of the case would help to place voir dire in context
