You are intellectually dishonest to the point where you cannot even answer two simple questions without hiding behind "I need to know all facts" (nevermind that you don't even doubt the only underlying premise - that a Canadian was taken by American forces to a Syrian jail). And you are so incapable of thinking for yourself that analysing the issue for yourself in light of a clearly written Convention seems impossible. Instead, you wait for (and post) authority figures saying "It's OK, it's all legal, don't nobody worry". I spent enough time trying to bring you to into an honest debate, and you have performed your belly dancing around the issue long enough. Good bye.
