Corporate American is self investing yet one cannot remove the tie from economy US and Corp US. I am sure what the charts are saying amounts to Corporate America is backed by US $ which has a huge deficit.

Housing Searle I will give a year as the unfinished starts i have seen here bothered me you dont see this in a continued boom. Money has run out completion is not going to give increase of value equal to construction cost. I dont know how large the bang will be but this period cannot be compared to any other due to the cap gains end of it and that plus low interest rates equity tax advantage type loan could very well of contributed to consumer spending in the economy. Fewer houses on the market means people cannot afford to move up. Then the creative financing end fails and you have many houses for sale. I calculate the end of the boom here will be when low end hit $500K

The social implications post yes CA education is a mess. Looking at current scores shows the economic end of it as being our new form of segregation. One does not want to see this type of scoring results as it implies that we are not going to be producing opportunity for bottom to get to the top in any field.

The FED budget was increased but Ca certainly does not seem to have had a wide spread result.
