Yeah, I agree with you here. I don't think this strategy is going to work. Where I live there is a Staples right next door to a Walmart. At the Staples you find SNDK flash cards $15-$20 cheaper than the comparable LEXR/EK flash cards at Walmart. Walmart won't stand for that and LEXR will be out on their butts before long. You don't think Walmart consumers are price conscious? They are walking right over to Staples to buy their flash cards.

I listened to the entire LEXR CC twice and was thoroughly unimpressed. The CEO and CFO just don't seem to have a strong grasp on the flash business. They have proven to be very poor operators. This is the best kind of competition to have - oblivious.
