I agree. Bush has changed his story as the situation has changed. That's unfortunate. But at the end of the day, we need to do what best for this country over the long term and not let a tough task daunt us, just because we don't think we can handle the pressure in the short term.

The biggest problem here is that we were told repeatedly by our leaders that it wouldn't take nearly this long... That's not at all accurate. We have been repeatedly told we will stay as long as it takes, and not a day more. In other words, the duration of time is completely open ended.
