Want to bet those arguments are still going on? This isn't over yet....IMO, it's just started. Does it mean going back a century to the "medicine of yesterday"... I had a fairly young and pregnant GreatGrandmother that died because of complications of measles. She and her unborn baby would have lived if this happened today. If they had a bunch of lawyers involved, there wouldn't be have been any legislation at all, because they would have argued among themselves long past the date of her death, whenever that may be. :^)
