Agreed. This Terry case has been jumped on by the media, and that's why its getting all the press. It reminds me of the Scott Peterson case - it was a totally common crime, and not worthy of national news. Why Terry gets all this attention and other "right to life" cases don't get attention is beyond me.

I don't agree.......Scott Peterson was about sensationalism. It also took place near a major media center in CA. It featured an attractive, 'all American' couple where things went awry.....seemingly soap opera style.

The Schiavo case is different IMO. It pretty much ran on the back burner for years until the whole thing went political and Jeb Bush jumped in with both feet. The parents pushed for national attention, and in truth, it runs to heart of what divides us in a couple of ways. And then, when Congress jumped in with both feet like Jeb breaking every rule in the book, that's all she wrote........the media
had no choice but to jump in big.
