BTW, I consider Yiwu an excellent China researcher/ contributor here, who many at SI look to for news and analysis on China. I would also expect him (her?) to be nationalistic, and would be surprised if that were not the case. However, I guess being overly polite and tolerant is not my forte, and especially when I see the CCB scandal being dismissed as simply "a bribe from Fidelity", it raises my ire. Further, dismissals like this do little service to this board, which I feel has a good reputation for critical thinking versus propaganda. That would be my challenge to Yiwu, as I'm truly interested (and hardly paranoid) in getting to the heart of the China manner.
