We are, quite simply, witnessing one of the greatest examples of misplaced priorities in the history of the U.S. presidency. Friedman's out to lunch yet again. This isn't a simple case of DUH misplaced priorities. Bush is an oil man who wants to reap windfall profits NOW from a massive shortage of oil. Bush's priority list is: George, Bush family, Bush family friends, Bush family supporters and campaign contributors, Big Business, Medium Business, All other idiot Republicans, armadillos, American people, other people.
