Now tell me about "collateral damage", torturing people to death, and pro-death penalty that inevitably execute some that are innocent. So we should evil run amuck because there will be collateral damage during any war? The individuals involved in torturing prisoners to death should be tried for murder. How would you deal with criminals such as Brian Nichols since there is a possibility he is innocent? I think we've come full circle in asking do we use a few exceptions in destroying the best system we have?
