All I can find on Sandisk earnings is that it will be the week of April 18...

Last quarter's upside surprise was so strong, it will be hard to exceed expectations this time, as many will be assuming a beat of the 30 cent analyst estimate by a few cents...how much is enough in a quarter like this? If execution remains as strong as last quarter, it is not unreasonable to see 35 cents or so, based on demand and protection of Gross Margins by both contract and spot NAND pricing. But the outlook.....? I agree that the supply and demand could come more into balance, with demand strengthening later in the year...unless, of course, the rumored other suppliers actually appear on the scene with lots of product and Samsung....well, we have worked all this around before.

We will see in a few weeks. This is by far the most interesting quarterly report in quite a while, IMHO.

For the first time, the Apple Shuffle is now listed as shipping on the same business day on the Apple website.

If that is because they are selling fewer units it means less flash demand. But could it be they increased production?
