I ended up with my daughter as the first choice on my legal affairs, and my "ex" as my second. If I end up in a hospice, my ex would be there. Funny how life works out.

It has nothing to do with trust in my own wife, and everything to do with the privacy of the marital relationship. I won't say it reaches a Due Process concern, but I sure think it should...

Anyway, the whole sordid affair is almost past us.
