Of course that would imply that she does have feeling and would be an argument against killing her. Her doctor had been prescribing pain medication because she had menstrual problems and exhibited pain symptoms.

Go ahead and give her a lethal injection, it's more humane, and it's at least honest. Why pretend otherwise? (Not that I want this, I just want them to quit pretending that they're not guilty of shedding innocent blood. I agree with you. It is not completely honest. But, how much honesty can you take? Is Terri Schaivo's life worth more than the life of the 23 detainees that were tortured to death? or, those that die as collateral damage? Or, those convicted prisoners (some of whom are inevitably innocent/railroaded)? I admit, I don't have any answers, but I don't think all this pretending is healthy.
