I have no interest in discussing the case. I am happy that we have courts to decide such matters, and neither I, nor anyone else I have read on SI, has the same access to information as the courts have already had- so I leave it in their hands, until the congress shall intervene to the extent that it is no longer in the hands of the courts, and even THEN, I still have no opinion on this case. I was merely commenting on the popular beliefs surrounding this, and their genesis. If you have something to say on the secular/religious angle which was the point of my post, then I would be interested to hear it.
