Yes. That is what I mean about the culture coming from the top. I do have to say one thing, though. I don't believe Bush is behind any of that. I think Bush in many ways trusts Cheney and Rumsfeld way too much because he grew up in a world where his father trusted them implicitly. Cheney to me seems to be the real diabolical one. He is the one that I think is a real danger to this country. He's the puppetmaster. Again, I'd bet my shorts on that too. :)
