Actually her Dr called in the prescription and he refused to give her a copy telling her that her Dr needed to call it in elsewhere if my memory is correct.

OK, that makes sense. He may have played it correctly. I suspect it may be illegal, or at least not required, for him to give her a copy of a call-in prescription. In any case, it is different than refusing to give her the prescription back that she handed him.
