I don't see this opportunity as having anything to do with people being lazy. I think that's missing the big picture. It's about food giants wanting to make more money.

If a Kraft Foods could take the snmx tech, incorporate it into one of their processed, frozen "healthy" meals, make their products taste equal or better with an improved label (e.g. less sodium) in comparison to competitors that's a real advantage. Take a Campbell Soup, slap a healthy, very low sodium label on it, tastes equally as good or perhaps better, take market share add a premium.

I'm sure there's plenty of canned soups and frozen healthy meals at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's that could benefit from less sodium, with same or better taste. I'll be curious to do a taste test as well if they ever make it to the shelves.
