Although I tend to agree with respect to incompetence and corruption in government, I'm hard pressed to find a better one, at least in any major or even minor power. Len, which government do you like? Which government is free from incompetence and corruption? Again, let's stick to decent sized government, not Iceland that harbors your favorite chess master.
