>> a sea of red <<

bunch of mid-caps are basket traded with the indexes.... LGND disease. IMCL, OSIP..... post-Vioxx, we've had ELN, CTIC, LGND, etc. as investors bail from biotech, bargains are exposed.

Very. We've had the crap kicked out of us. Yes, I've purchased a few shares today, two companies.... both cancer, one cancer plus diversifications. still only about 50% "in", however....... ramped up rapidly from about 30% in early January.

>> shux on the LGND results..always disappointed to hear of a drug failure.. <<

it was a legitimate shot on goal. just bugs me to see Robinson's company as a sinker for the sector.

OT:

<Sorry John but rooting for Mich State all w/e(wow..talk about a treat!) but also for Illinois<g>>

I don't know when I've seen so many great games. Fans of UK, Arizona, Duke, and Wisconsin have nothing to be ashamed of. And West Virginia, what a team!

As Rick has lamented, there are no more UCLA-dynasty teams. But there are a bunch of very good ones. Fun to watch. From here, it's a toss-up, to me, though I favor Illinois and NC.
