OK, I'm not on expert footing here, but didn't IBM take over & use the LINUX movement (against SUN) & thus gain the "upper hand" not by a better product, but better business weaseling? This all comes back to the business practices of M-S. Louis G??? figured it out & executed the winning business plan for the past few years. At the expense of all of us. Thank you, Linux Geeks, you know jack about making money & strategies. Well, the bullshit is still in that software & maybe SOLARIS will eventually emerge from the swamp. That's the long-term.
