I've actually seen 2. The first one was just a funnel cloud in the sky but it landed and I could see it. The second one was last year and that was way too close for comfort. I saw the rotation of the clouds about 50 feet off the ground and within about 1/2 mile it turned into a tornado. Being the typical guy I'm standing outside saying HOLY **** rather than hiding in the basement

I've seen several and when they're coming at you it's a spooky thing.

Here's some photos of one that hit up the road from me. Picture 29 is what's left of a concrete and steel building. The owner built the restrooms in the center of the building designed to be tornado proof. 78 employees and not a scratch.
