<Is America a third world Country all of the sudden?> Well, recently it is starting to feel more like one. And I would rather have a gun and not need it than need one and not have it. A couple of years back a guy on the street next to mine shot and killed an intruder in to his house. I would much rather have a gun under those circumstances. Now as to whether a gun owner should be liable if their un-secured gun falls into the wrong hands and causes injury, I think that is a better case to make.
