Bush let Osama go at Tora Bora and hasn't seriously searched for him since. It could be that he has a secret reason not to want to catch him. Could be a number of things. One thing we know, catching Osama is not on Bush's mind and hasn't been for a long time. He only mentioned Osama once in the past 2-3 years when he was forced to during a presidential debate. Something very fishy there? Well remember, Bush's first allegiance is to Big Oil and that means the Saudis and Bin Lauden family.
