Fundamentals are based on supply and demand and naked shorting abuses the economics of supply and demand.

Hmmm... I think I see my problem now. As a fundamentals investor, I'd always thought that fundamental evaluations were based primarily on revenues and earnings. Learn something new every day, don't we? Not!!!

Jeff, LOL! Standard in the filings of hundreds of companies that are broke!

The quote Mr. Thompson uses [“factors raise substantial doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.” ] is standard in hundreds of company filings
