Nothing is 100%. True, a cheap dollar helps some people, especially if they never travel abroad. But guess what, pal, besides foods and movies, we don't make much in the US anymore. Also, the Canadians have increased their subsidies to local producers to compensate for the weaker US dollar.

Gas guzzlers are a liability now. If Bush has his way we'll have $4 gas soon. He doesn't really care about Republicans who drive big SUV's, his main agenda is with the Cheney types who want to drill in every national park and wildlife refuge they can. And they can only do this if the price of gas is so high it's a national emergency. get smart and get real. Also, dump your guzzler and buy something efficient. In the long run it pays for itself, and despite the lies, smaller vehicles are not less safe as a whole. Only a few of them are. Check out the consumer guide tests. Many big SUV's perform poorly in crash tests. Plus they pollute more and add to our problems in the Middle East.

Willie Nelson is promoting new bio-fuel for diesel engines. Works just as well as gasoline and no pollution. Can also make it right here in the USA from corn oil and even hog fat. We have plenty of fat in this country to burn. Fattest country in the world, especially in Texas. The most overweight state in the union.
