The rightwing doesn't like judges and courts, even christian conservative judges, unless they agree with the verdict, DESPITE the evidence. The real point here though is for the Feds to butt out of our bedrooms, hospiral rooms and living rooms. Bushies have proven they are phony conservatives by launching a full scale assault into the Schiavo private lives. They have absolutely no evidence Terri doesn't want to go in peace, but wants to stay alive as a bed-ridden vegetable. I know I'd want to die in her place, any same person would. The rightwing have also put peoples' lives in jeopardy. How many rightwing nuts want to murder the Judge now? Just like they murdered family planning doctors. They already kicked him out of his church. This is a creepy Nazi-like mentality and patently un-Christian. Ironically, they call the Florida cops "nazis". It's a pathetic end to the rightwing dream and exposes them all as dangerous un-christian frauds.
