Rightwing arrogance is at a high, but the harder they come the harder they fall. Tom Delay is a much better poster boy for corruption that Gingrich or Nixon was. DElay has controlled congress for years in a thoroughly corrupt fashion and he's in bed with the same sleazy corporate intrests Bush and Cheney are. It's all connected down in Houston. You will now find DElay made so many enemies, inside his own party too, that the knives in the back will begin and keep going for a long time. In the process the extreme right will lose control of congress, as well they should because they are all cheats and liars. Remember, in the Senate 3-4 GOP senators regularly vote with DEms. So Dems don't need a majority, they just need a tie. And don't expect McCain types to stand in the way of investigating high crimes in the Bush administration. After all, he wants Bush's job. Also don't be surprised if Democrats start winning again in Texas next year. Texans have long distrusted DElay and his Dixie Mafia type gang. Now they have the chance to oust them.
