Do you know what the difference between EUL and HSUPA might be from a functional standpoint?

I consider them the same, I just didn't notice the former until QCOM created the HSUPA section in their MSM roadmap.

IMO, often stated over the years, the uplink is the key to enabling the real potential for wireless data. In fact, even voice can/will become wireless data once the reverse link upgrades are in place - DOrA and HSUPA. Also necessary for our royalty-bearing networks to stay ahead of the newer all-IP wireless networks we are bound to see in the near future.
