Hi Aus,

Is it possible that SNDK will come out with 3 bits per cell at some point in the future?

I believe, Eli was asked if one could have 4 bits per cell (and some are working on it) but he was skeptical. If they are able to achieve this, it would mean doubling the Nand capacity with the same number of wafer supply assuming the yields are comparable after the initial learning phase.

One question on licensing IP- Can a company refuse to license the technology to a particular firm (discriminate) even if they are willing to pay the normal licensing fee they charge to other customers? I am sure these fees differ from client to client but there must be a typical range. Or is it completely at the discretion of the licensor?
