I gave Bush 100 days. But he has failed us. Today you see Bush trying to change the subject to the one thing he's accomplished, getting Iraqi elections. I admit I doubted he could do it, but he did. Well bravo. But Iraq is by no means a success yet. The possibility of civil war or an Islamic state thre exists and forces us to keep our military overextended. Recruitment is down now and very few people want to join the military. So what can we do? Bring back the draft? and why? Bush flubbed Iraq badly, but not totally. Still it's the one thing he can boast about, spouting the words "freedom and democracy" over and over as his people subvert both of those back in the USA.
