They were crazy, out of control. And from what I understood, DEKE on my campus was typical of DEKE chapters all over the East. My old boss lived upstairs from Bush in his dorm at Yale. He said that DEKE at the time was known for being anti-black and anti-Semitic. That's true but it was true for many fraternities back in the day of Bush. And its still true for some today although they would never admit it. ted
