It seems to me that the question is, as always, "what is the intention?"

For example, it's not suicide to take too much morphine if your intention is to dull pain.

I think believing that your life is "not worth living" is one thing, but refusing medical treatment because you think your life is "not worth living" is something else entirely, and constitutes suicide, while refusing medical treatment because you believe it won't do any good and you want to go peacefully is not.

The only ones who know why you do what you do are you, and God.
