That's a matter between that judge and the church he used to belong to, but I'd be disappointed if the separation was due to anything other than theological differences (which unfortunately is likely to be the case).


Huh? What theology? It has everything to do with his ruling on the Schiavo case? Is every judge who gives the death penalty to be excommunicated? Is every soldier in Iraq who has killed to be excommunicated?

The judge's forced resignation is not about theology; but about hypocrisy........Christian hypocrisy. If JC exists, he is furious!
