What the law just passed by Congress did was authorize a federal court to go back to square one and examine the actual merits of the Terri Schiavo case...

Why just one particular individual? Why not make the law applicable to everyone -- including the patients in Texas that are having their tubes yanked out, under a law passed by the Republicans and signed by none other than Dumbya himself in 1999?

It is unconstitutional to pass a law that favors only one or only some individuals when it should be applicable to all others in the same or similar situations.
