I am extremely disturbed by the argument that she is a vegetable so just get rid of her. I have not heard that argued. Perhaps I missed some commentary...

I am extremely disturbed by the argument that she is a vegetable so just get rid of her. This event has become so emotional that I suppose some have said that. When you take the emotion out, her wishes have been tried and a decision was made. When you look at her CT, you know that all the emotional outpouring about her being capable of communication and reacting to her parents on a level of knowing they are there is hogwash, as the doctors and courts found. She is running on her brainstem. The parents have never disputed the EEG results. It's a real shame it has come to this.
