Those videos are 4-5 years old. If Schiavo were reactive, the courts would have stopped the unplugging. Evidence would have been presented to prove she was reactive. But no such crediblke evidence was presented. The rightwing keeps lying about this. And boy do they know how to lie without a conscience. The court has looked into this 25 times (a conservative Christian judge most of the time) and decided she is a vegetable. So where's the beef? Tragic but true. The problem is she's missing a part of her brain which makes her conscious. Therefore, she's lost her humanity. She is a barely living body without a soul stuck in a miserable condition and costing thousands a day to keep "alive". I know, this gets into strange unpleasant territory, but that's why someone has to make the private, personal, difficult decision and Bush signed a law making it the husband's choice, not the father and mother. same law applies in Florida. But the rightwing apparently doesn't respect laws, marriage or medical science, just emotional religious opinions.
