The whole world thought Saddam had the crap.


Not including me.

I maintained the obvious on the GWB thread at that time.
It made no sense for Saddam to have those weapons because they were nearly useless against his biggest threat (which was us) and caused trouble getting sanctions removed which was his biggest goal.

I am only surprised that the administration failed to plant some weapons for the press.
