No one said you should be sued for your tactless language. On the other hand, when you employ it, don't expect to be regarded any higher than, as Michael Douglas' character famously said in "The War of the Roses": "lower than frog ---- on the bottom of a New Jersey scum swamp."

By the way he was a lawyer called Oliver, if you do recall ;-).
