Thanks for posting that, Jeff :-). I didn't want to poach outside of my thread "preserve," but it's now heating up, that's for sure, the Tax Commissioner, the Department of Taxation, plenty of Department officers and employees and, not least, the staff attorneys of the Office of the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Virginia, who have tried their luck in now three cases, two in Virginia federal court, one in Commonwealth court, to judicially enforce their deprivation of my civil rights, to secure judicial enforcement of their unlawful conduct, all have some explaining to do. I mean, I received dozens of documents from them, not just the lien notices sent all over this country, but also multiple briefs filed in state and federal courts, one for sanctions for bringing my claims that stated that I have "a history of harassment and abuse of the judicial system," and now, after three years, only after a Circuit Court judge said to OAG I don't think so with your demand that he post a $1.7 million bond they say, in effect, "So sorry, he doesn't owe the taxes after all."

And the alleged racketeers Berber and Moor cited to this case in Texas federal court as proof I file "vexatious" and "frivolous" claims and contentions in the courts, when they tried to have me enjoined from filing further lawsuits, summarily denied by a federal judge from the bench on 12/3/04.

Interesting times.

Cheers,

Olivier
