There ya go, impristine. That's my beef. I may think evidence indicates her husband might not ought to have control, but by god if you side with him, how is this done right? Get on with it, indeed. I'd certainly never write a living will saying "starve & dehydrate me to death even if it takes weeks for me so slowly die." Why should anyone in their right mind want to go that way, when we know we can't be sure just what our brain stem, our body itself, or our spirit might be aware of, despite the condition of our brains. Terri may be far gone, where no one has returned from, but that doesn't make this method of dying right.

I swear, it as if our law is based upon Christian Science the religion. Now that's BAD no matter HOW much tejek wants to worship the legal process.
