I've traveled in many countries in the world and never found one where this wasn't the case. You've gotta be kidding! In which countries have you been where "ethnicity and diversity" are as common and accepted as in the US? My experience is most countries are much more ethnically bigoted and ethnocentric than the US. If you want a few where ethnic diversity is not common try Japan, Denmark, New Zealand (never even been there, but I'll wager based on my experiences watching Australian TV programs discussing the issue of "these new, non-white residents" in Australia), and China. Where in the world have you been??? So we can conclude that the first part of your post is meaningless nonsense or just plain dissimulation. Well I obviously didn't come to the same conclusion as you. What's more, I'm correct!
