Indexes close to the highs now, but backing off a bit.

Short is okay if you are patient, but you might be underwater for a while....I anticipate some relief here before further downside. So I am still long, but I'll join you short at the 20 sma or 50 sma depending on how volumes and momentum shapes up as QQQQ approaches that resistance.

But I realize you are operating in a different (faster) time frame than I am. I can't watch things closely enough, so I have to trade in longer time frames.

Bullish candle today on good volume (115 million vs. 96 million average).

It is starting to look like $37.25 might be a good reversal point (that's about where the 50 sma sits now).

Considering the status of the technicals, we might see QQQQ hover in that congestion area just above $37 for a bit while it digests gains in a weak market and waits for the technicals to set up for the kill. QQQQ remains very oversold, and I can't see the stochastics turning back south until they get up to 45 or 50 or so, and that will likely take a few days.

BBs opened up nicely now. I'll be looking to exit long and go short no lower than $37.
