Yardeni is right on some things:

1. There is no wage inflation
2. There is no real estate rent inflation

And I agree with him that the RE bubble is not about to "burst" - although we should continue to see rising inventories and decreasing sales in most bubble markets...

But...

1360 on the S&P in DEC 2005? The guy's delusional!

What does he think? Credit spreads are going to tighten from here?!?
