You are truly rediculous to suggest I have trouble with American Democracy, based upon this. I was attempting to understand just what the heck your complaint was. I saw him say what I quouted him saying, not what you alledge he said. If you are right, he doesn't want ANY branch of American Democracy involved. Hmmm, that would be odd.

Hey, anyone who would, were he in control, put the religious under house arrest, definitely may be said to have a problem with this American Republic.

I didn't say that.

I said court intervention is also government intervention. I didn't say "it is wrong in this case", or "this case is not for the courts to decide".
