I don't have a numeric value for you, but subjectively I would say there have been a smaller number than usual. We are getting close to the end of the warning seasons for this Calendar quarter so I would think that those companies that plan to warn have already done so. Don

The SCE companies have all outsourced the warning and dire prediction business to various analysts. They've kept most of the optimism in house.
