does the US actually import a lot of gasoline with all the regulations on specific gasoline requirements in each state?

what percent of our gasoline is imported?

also if the US does import a lot of gasoline, can their potentially be a "wall of gasoline" coming via ship to US shores now that profit margins have gone up big time for refineries overseas that can produce gasoline for american markets?
apparently overseas refineries are not as maxed out as the US ones in terms of capacity use...
