if the "strong version" of his hypothesis comes true in the near term, we're all farked. i'm hoping it's a weak version, in which case energy stocks should do well, imo. it'd be nice to buy some arable land in a temperate climate with a well, but i think i'll wait for the RE bubble to pass first :)
i wouldn't be buying expensive RE in touristy areas that rely on cheap jet fuel to import tourists and supplies, like, well... :)
