Stocklemon informed its readers on both CNDD and AHFI (subsequently halted by the SEC)stocklemon.com This time, our friendly neighborhood stock promoters have given us Bio-Heal (BHLL). The promotion is being fronted by the website primepennystock.com which alerts us to “BUY BHLL NOW”. The anatomy of the CNDD and AHFI stock scams promotions are best described in the below article by Junkfax.orgjunkfax.org This site was registered in Luxembourg on February 28, 2005, and has no other information except the tout for BHLL. Nowhere is there is any information identifying the author, nor are there any factual details in its “disclaimer” whatsoever. It does not identify by name any of the management of the company being profiled. There is no link to the company’s website. There is no name or description of the company’s product. There is, however, a “financial forecast”, which projects $17 million “first full year” revenues, and $381 million “2nd full year” revenues – utterly unsubstantiated. And there is stock….. lots of stock. According to pinksheets.com, over 42.8 million, creating an instant market cap of over $400 million. The format and layout of this report, including a table of contents at the top, starting with a link to a “Summary and Investment Conclusion” section, appears to be a near copy of the AHFI tout at USPennystocks.com. The SEC recently indicted the perpetrators of AHFI and CNDD.sec.gov Another parallel to the CNDD and AHFI promotions, the HTML tag line “Expect $16 in 4 months, increasing by 700% to $32” has been linked to a huge number of shell search websites, so that when you enter searches such as “BHLL and stock” in Google, the search engine returns dozens of links all parroting the same illegal line, and linking to the above site. Most of Bio-Heal’s website is “Under Construction”, but we refer you to an astonishing photo book of its Nicaragua clinicbiolabamerica.com and “product” biolabamerica.com Truly these pictures are worth more than thousands of words, except when the words appear in indictments. BioHeal’s website also links to rainforestamerica.com , which it claims is “a division”. It has some nice text and pretty photos on the virtues of rainforests, but it is unclear what this has to do with the company. The company’s balance sheet resolves the mystery. The land is bought subject to a $350K land loan, but lists $3.5m of “Timber Reserves” as its primary asset, representing 87% of the company’s asset base. So much for protecting the rain forest. Who is Orchestrating this manipulation? By watching the level 2 on BHLL, it becomes apparent that one market maker SECURITIES & INVESTMENT PLANNING CO- SPCC siponline.com is controlling the market. It is the opinion of Stocklemon that this is blatant market manipulation and will soon be stopped by the SEC Of course, the principals have a background in other penny stocks with preposterous claims. We’ll get into that in our next installment if the stock is still trading. With the unsubstantiated financial projections, the formulaic organized promotion, and the utter lack of corporate visibility, we suspect it won’t be for very long.
