Thanks for clearing up that median income point. The article I read stated $45K but there were some other statements that indicated that might not be the number. They now make sense. The area around here where all the building has been occurring probably has NO people making less than this state's median income. The average for the county is $18K higher. I know people who walked away from their homes after the last bubble collapsed. They thought they were clever. I wonder how many clever people out there are about to be blindsided. They won't even know it for many months or years.
