CB, Jeb Bush was prevented from taking such action with warnings from the courts. In a political way, his hands were tied. Besides, he has already said that he was not in a position to run for the Presidency at this time.

Would you elaborate on that? Which authority would that be? And would that authority extend to taking her by force against the local authorities who are protecting her according to the court's decision?
